KUALA LUMPUR (Aug 2): PDZ Holdings Bhd saw some 49.42 million shares or 5.69% equity stake cross off-market today.

According to Bloomberg data, there were 259 transactions done off-market, traded at prices between 11 sen and 12 sen.

The value of the off-market transaction amounted to RM5.56 million.

Parties involved in the transaction are not known as at press time.

On the open market, the counter closed unchanged at 11 sen, and there were 65.94 million shares traded as of market close.

PDZ had a market capitalisation of RM95.63 million.

Year-to-date, the counter had surged 57% from just seven sen.
