KUALA LUMPUR (July 20): OSK Ventures International Bhd has continued to trim its stake in ACE market-listed mTouche Technology Bhd, which saw its share price, already on a downward slide since March, touch a one-year low of 13 sen on July 10.

In the past one year, the cybersecurity and Internet-related mobile applications developer has fallen some 40.82%.

mTouche's (fundamental: 1.35; valuation: 0) shares were not traded on Bursa Malaysia today. It was last traded on July 16 at 14.5 sen.

In mTouche’s filing with Bursa Malaysia today, it was revealed that OSK Ventures, through its wholly-owned subsidiary OSK Capital Sdn Bhd, has sold off 531,000 mTouche shares which represent a 0.25% stake, on July 13, 2015.

From March this year, OSK has disposed of 4.48 million mTouche shares, representing a 2.08% stake in the company. Its total shareholdings in the company now stands at 42.57 million shares, or a 19.76% indirect stake.
