One of OSK Property’s more recent launches, Desira, in its Iringan Bayu township in Seremban, is 95% taken up. Launched on Aug 8 last year, Desira comprises 219 single-storey terraced homes.

OSK Property CEO Ong Ghee Bin tells City & Country in an email interview that the company has seen “encouraging take-up rates” at Desira and its past launches.

Ong says Desira caters for young, urban families. With the standard of living rising and quality of life a priority, many are opting for a conducive environment to live and thrive in, and also for raising families.

The Desira homes are priced from RM342,720 and will have 3- and 4-bedroom layouts of 1,098 to 1,333 sq ft. Homeowners will enjoy a private linear garden in a guarded neighbourhood.

The 770-acre freehold Iringan Bayu township has a total gross development value (GDV) of RM3.6 billion and will comprise about 5,000 freehold one- and two-storey houses.

According to OSK Property, since its initial launch in 2018, the township has gained a lot of interest from the Seremban community because of its affordably priced homes in a well-planned and green environment.

Ong says: “We envision Iringan Bayu as a green sanctuary that provides comfortable, quality, yet affordably priced homes for the people. Innovative placemaking is integral to our development approach, where we strive to fulfil the demands of a modern lifestyle while ensuring it remains conducive for those who seek a place to raise a family.”

The township also offers The Wetland Park, which has facilities such as an outdoor gym, a yoga and fitness park, multipurpose court and children’s play zone. Ong says: “The recently launched 22-acre Wetland Park is one of the many features that makes Iringan Bayu an ideal place for new homebuyers.

“It is important that we create a township that is self-sustaining and has significant emphasis on greenery, as well public spaces such as open parks, water features, landscaped streets and well-planned communal facilities. These are some of the key elements in Iringan Bayu that have been carefully thought through to enhance the quality of life and the living environment in the township.”

OSK Property also launched OSK Essential Homes 2021. The campaign offers no booking fee, great value with entry price, free maintenance, easy ownership and SPA loan legal fee.
