OSK Property launched its single-storey terraced homes, Desira, at its Iringan Bayu township in Seremban on Aug 8.  So far, the phase is 60% taken up.

OSK Property CEO Ong Ghee Bin tells City & Country in an email interview: “With the rising standard of living, quality of life is a priority for modern families. Many are opting for a conducive environment to live and thrive in, especially when it comes to family growth.

“Envisioned to meet the lifestyle needs of urban families, Iringan Bayu focuses on providing quality living within a robust and lively township that promotes neighbourliness and harmonious living.”

The low-density Desira will comprise 219 homes and caters for young families. The houses are priced from RM342,720, with 3- or 4-bedroom layouts from 1,098 to 1,333 sq ft. Homeowners will also enjoy a private linear garden within a guarded neighbourhood. In conjunction with OSK’s 55th anniversary, homebuyers will also enjoy OSK’s anniversary deals such as 55x rewards and lucky draw prizes up to RM355,000, paired with Home Ownership Campaign deals for easy homeownership.

Since its initial launch in 2018, Iringan Bayu has garnered a lot of interest from the Seremban community, seeing encouraging take-up rates for its affordably priced homes in a well-planned and green environment. The 770-acre township has a total gross development value of RM3.6 billion and will comprise about 5,000 freehold single- and double-storey houses.

“We also look forward to launching the highly anticipated 22-acre Wetland Park in Iringan Bayu by the end of this year, which will be an ideal community gathering area for healthy social interactions amid nature’s best offerings.

“The Wetland Park will be a key attraction consisting of thematic zones such as Bay of Sight, Bay of Sound and Bay of Touch for unique and educational experiences for young and old,” says Ong.

The Wetland Park will be an ideal spot for family activities as it offers facilities such as an outdoor gym, yoga and fitness park, multipurpose court and children’s play zone.
