KUALA LUMPUR (July 10): Eastern & Oriental Bhd’s latest project, The Peak, will offer 54 low-rise condominium units that sit atop a hill overlooking the city. Michael Tan Hwee Hian, the group’s director of development and construction management, said it will appeal to those looking for exclusivity and high-value specifications.

“Our vision has always been to provide homes that exemplify luxury,” said Tan. The freehold residential project — to be jointly developed with Japan-based Mitsui Fudosan Group — will be launched by the end of this month.

The 54 units, on 3.94 acres of land, will be housed in 18 three-storey blocks and have a gross development value of RM386 million.

Whilst focusing on The Peak, the group intends to roll out more products that meet its brand DNA and criteria of a premier lifestyle development.

Read more about the project's details and its location in a prime area, along with the group’s plans, in The Edge Malaysia weekly’s July 11 edition.
