<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner>KUALA LUMPUR (July 23): Opcom Holdings Bhd has accepted a contract worth RM21.37 million from Telekom Malaysia Bhd to supply optical fibre cables.</div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner>Opcom said it is a supplementary agreement accepted by its subsidiary Opcom Cables Sdn Bhd, and covers the Aug 1, 2020 to May 20, 2022 period.</div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner>“The award is expected to contribute positively towards Opcom group's earnings and net assets for the period of the award,” it said in a filing today.</div><div class=inPageAd id=div-gpt-ad-inpage></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner>Shares of Opcom ended two sen or 3.75% lower at 39 sen today, for a market capitalisation of RM62.08 million.</div>
