KUALA LUMPUR (July 29): Suria Capital Holdings Bhd has appointed its chief financial officer (CFO) Ng Kiat Min as acting chief executive officer (CEO) of the group, following the demise of group managing director (MD) Datuk Dr Mohd Fowzi Razi on July 12, 2015.

In September 2004, she was seconded to Sabah Ports Sdn Bhd as the general manager of corporate services and finance before holding her current post as CFO since June 2, 2010.

Suria Capital (fundamental: 2.3; valuation: 2) shares close unchanged at RM2.30 today, for a market capitalisation of RM651.65 million.
