KAJANG: MKH Bhd launched Saville@Cheras, which has a gross development value (GDV) of RM307 million, during the weekend.

Saville@Cheras is a 43-storey mixed-use development located on a two-acre (0.8ha) parcel of freehold land in Cheras. It comprises 352 serviced apartment units, 62 retail shops and 1,000 parking bays.

The apartment units come in six layouts from 3- to 6-bedroom with a built-up area of between 1,130 sq ft and 4,670 sq ft. Selling prices start at RM650,000. The development will have a three-tier security system and full condominium facilities such as gymnasium, decks for yoga and sunbathing, a Zen garden and a swimming pool.

The retail shops have a built-up area of between 291 sq ft and 1,827 sq ft, and are priced from RM502,000.

The development will have a 7-meter covered link bridge to the soon-to-be-ready Sri Raya MRT station.

“Slated for completion by year-end 2017, the integrated Sri Raya MRT station is expected to have a ridership of 400,000 passengers per day and will boost the business catchment area in Saville@Cheras. This will benefit owners when the retail units are ready in the same year,” said MKH managing director Tan Sri Eddy Chen.

Besides public transport, Saville@Cheras is well connected by several highways, including the Cheras Kajang Highway, Silk Highway, MRR2 and Connaught East West Link.

Nearby amenities include hypermarkets such as Leisure Mall, Cheras Sentral Mall and Giant, as well as international and local educational institutions such as the Cheras Cempaka International School, Real Schools Suria campus, USCI University and University Tunku Abdul Rahman. — theedgeproperty.com
