PETALING JAYA (Aug 11): Minor International has announced the launch of the Anantara Desaru Coast Residences in Malaysia. The luxury development, located in Johor’s east coast, features 20 three- and four-bedroom private pool villas, each with direct access to the beach and views of the South China Sea. 

The villas range in size from 3,100 to 6,426 sq ft and offer indoor-outdoor living space with floor-to-ceiling windows, open dining and lounge areas and sizeable pool decks. The residences are available for purchase at a starting price of RM7.5 million.

Developed by hospitality, restaurant and lifestyle company Minor International and Themed Attractions Resorts & Hotels, a subsidiary of Khazanah Nasional Bhd, the residences will be managed and serviced by the adjacent Anantara Desaru Coast Resort & Villas.
