<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>In separate filings to the exchange today, Microlink said Chia, 39, currently holds several positions in the OMESTI Group, which is the holding company of Microlink with a 62.74% stake.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>"He is group chief technology officer of OMESTI Group and chief operating officer of OMESTI Innovation Lab, the technology and applications development arm of the Microlink Group," said the group.</p></div><div class=inPageAd id=div-gpt-ad-inpage></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>It added that Chia also serves as CEO and country manager of CA-IT Infrastructure Solutions Sdn Bhd, which is also part of Microlink and the partner of CA Technologies in Malaysia.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Microlink also announced the redesignation of its non-executive director Monteiro Gerard Clair, 44, to the role of executive director, and the appointment of Mah Xian-Zhen, 34, as non-independent and non-executive director. Mah is the daughter of Datuk Mah Siew Kwok, a major shareholder of Microlink.</p></div>
