KUALA LUMPUR (Nov 25): Mesiniaga Bhd has bagged a RM19.11 million contract from the Social Security Organisation (Socso).

In a bourse filing, the IT systems integrator and solutions provider said it has accepted a letter of award for the supply, installation and maintenance of local area network and network access control.

The group expects the contract to contribute positively to its earnings over the period.

Mesiniaga shares were traded as low as 55 sen on March 19, a day after Movement Control Order was imposed to contain the spread of Covid-19.

Since then, the shares have been trending upward and finished unchanged at RM1.24 today, with a market capitalisation of RM74.90 million. Some 14,600 shares were transacted.
