<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, the Practice Note 17 China-based shoe maker said the law firm had discharged itself after no documents, information and/or instructions were provided to it to enable it to conduct a review and advise the company on litigation matters involving Maxwell and its group of companies.</p></div>
