KUALA LUMPUR (Dec 14): Malaysia's palm oil stockpile rose 5.18% to 1.66 million tonnes in November from 1.57 million tonnes in the preceding month as exports fell.
According to Malaysian Palm Oil Board (MPOB) data today, palm oil exports fell 4.24% to 1.37 million tonnes from 1.43 million tonnes.
MPOB said crude palm oil (CPO) production fell 6.14% to 1.57 million tonnes from 1.68 million tonnes.
MPOB's palm oil inventory and export data comprise CPO and processed palm oil.
November's 5.18% inventory rise compares with October's 1.8% stockpile increase, according to MPOB.
