KUALA LUMPUR (July 20): Mah Sing Group Bhd’s first high-rise condominium in Wangsa Melawati, M Adora’s Tower A comprising 378 units recorded a take-up of 90% during its launch on July 18.
In a press release, Mah Sing’s founder and group managing director Tan Sri Leong Hoy Kum said: “We are encouraged by the overwhelming response garnered from the weekend sales, which is a testament that demand for quality product offerings at strategic locations remains strong. “Besides the 90% take-up from M Adora over the weekend, our other projects have also been well received. All three new lands acquired in 2019 have been launched, with M Luna recording over 90% take-up for the first three phases since its launch in June this year, and M Oscar's take-up is more than 60% for the South Tower comprising 432 units. Other projects like M Vertica has 90% take-up for the first three towers, and M Arisa has achieved 79% take-up since January 2020. In Johor, our Meridin East has close to 90% take-up for the township,” he added.
M Adora has a total of 677 units in two towers. The project consists of three unit types — 3-bedroom units, 3+1-bedroom units, 4-bedroom units/dual-key units — ranging from 850 sq ft to 1,200 sq ft. Prices start from RM468,000.
Meanwhile, Tower B of M Adora is now open for sale, and homebuyers will be eligible for early bird privileges as well on a first come, first served basis, according to Mah Sing.
M Adora is one of the participating projects under Mah Sing’s Eazy to Own Campaign, where home buyers can benefit from HouzKEY, offered via a collaboration with Maybank Islamic. This innovative home financing solution enables home buyers to own their ideal home today with easy entry and low monthly instalments.
Strategically located in Wangsa Melawati, M Adora is 9km from KLCC, and 800m from the Middle Ring Road 2 (MRR2). The project is also accessible via Jalan Genting Klang (3km), DUKE (3km), Jalan Ampang (5km), EKVE (6km), AKLEH (6km) and Jalan Tun Razak (8km), and is within 2.2km from Wangsa Maju LRT and 1.8km from Sri Rampai LRT as well. Shuttle service will be provided for M Adora residents to the Sri Rampai LRT.
