Legasi 2 in Bandar Kinrara, Puchong, by I&P Group, saw 58 of the 76 two-storey terraced houses released during its launch on Feb 15 taken up.

The freehold development is the second series of the fully sold out Legasi 1, which was launched last year. I&P is a wholly-owned subsidiary of S P Setia Bhd.

The built-up area for the RM87.061 million Legasi 2 ranges from 2,161 to 2,655 sq ft while the selling price starts at RM1 million. It is slated to be completed by February 2022. Legasi 2 is targeted at homebuyers, investors and upgraders.

S P Setia executive vice-president Datuk Yuslina Mohd Yunus is delighted with the good response from the public. “It assures us that the public is confident in Setia’s homes.”

“Bandar Kinrara is a mature and vibrant township and the demand, especially for landed houses, will always be there. At S P Setia, we will always try to come up with products that meet the market’s demand while continuously maintaining the quality that S P Setia’s houses are known for,” she adds.

The 1,904-acre Bandar Kinrara was launched in 1991 and has a gross development value of RM3 billion. It has residential, commercial and retail components.

To date, about 80% of the township has been developed. The undeveloped land is slated for residential use.

Bandar Kinrara is accessible via Bukit Jalil Highway, Shah Alam Expressway, Damansara-Puchong Expressway, North-South Expressway and Maju Expressway.

It is served by the Kinrara BK5 light rail transit station, which is located at Kinrara town centre. The LRT station is linked via a pedestrian bridge to Eight Kinrara — a commercial and serviced apartment project.

Nearby amenities include shopping malls (Giant Bandar Kinrara and IOI Puchong Mall), educational institutions (SK Seksyen 1 Bandar Kinrara, SJK (C) Yak Chee, SMK Seksyen 3 Bandar Kinrara and Sunway College) and medical centres (Columbia Hospital and Sunway Medical Hospital).

The Kinrara Golf Club in Bandar Kinrara has an 18-hole golf course and club facilities that are open to the public. It is also the first township to have an international-standard cricket pitch.
