DENGKIL (June 29): The first block of LBS Bina Group Bhd's KITA Ria serviced apartments has been fully booked following its official launch on June 29. Due to the good response, the developer opened the second block for sale.

KITA Ria is part of the 633-acre KITA @ Cybersouth township and has a gross development value of RM268 million. The 22-storey KITA Ria comprises a total of 812 units with built-ups of 602 and 901 sq ft and prices start from RM250,000 and RM343,800 respectively.

“This apartment is thoughtfully designed to provide practical spaces that [are] comfortable, while equipped with various facilities and communal areas that foster togetherness. These facilities include adult and kids swimming pools, outdoor gymnasium, multipurpose court and takraw court,” said LBS group managing director Tan Sri Lim Hock San in a press release.

Since its launch in April 2019, KITA @ Cybersouth has been a focus for LBS. Lim noted that almost all units in KITA Bayu, which comprises double-storey terraced houses and townhouse, were sold out. KITA Harmoni’s double-storey terraced house has a take-up rate of 75% while 964 units of KITA Impian serviced apartments were fully sold.

Lim believed that the reintroduction of the Home Ownership Campaign will reduce the burden of homebuyers significantly and LBS #DudukRumah Deals Plus Campaign will further incentivise home ownership.

“LBS has established a solid foundation in crafting homes with conducive environment for people. Affordability, connectivity and community living are the three core pillars that LBS embraces when we curate our products,” said Lim.

KITA @ Cybersouth sits on Malay reserved land and is located between Putrajaya and Cyberjaya. It is in close proximity to various key public amenities such as commercial hubs, financial institutions, governmental administration centre, international airports, healthcare providers and others. It is also located near local and international higher education institutions such as Sekolah Menengah Cyberjaya, Heriot-Watt University Malaysia, Limkokwing University and Xiamen University.

The township is easily accessible via major highways including the Putrajaya-Cyberjaya Expressway through Elite Highway, Maju Expressway, South Klang Valley Expressway, North-South Expressway, Damansara-Puchong Highway and Jalan Dengkil-Banting.
