PETALING JAYA (Dec 8): LBS Bina Group Bhd's first single-storey development KITA Mekar at KITA @ Cybersouth township is fully taken up within two weeks of its launch. KITA Mekar single-storey houses and townhouses have an estimated gross development value of RM345.1 million.
LBS managing director Tan Sri Lim Hock San said in a press release: “KITA @ Cybersouth township development is designed for families and the community within to build a lifetime of memories. KITA Mekar comprises 432 units of townhouses, 388 units of double-storey terrace houses and 342 units of single-storey terrace houses. With built-up sizes of 1,346 and 1,483 sq ft and three-bedroom and two-bathroom layout, the townhouses offer land area of 22’ × 75’, with prices starting from RM419,900.
Meanwhile, the built-up for the double-storey terrace houses is 1,447 sq ft (20’ × 60’) with four-bedroom and three-bathroom layout, and they are priced from RM560,000. For the single-storey houses, the built-up is 1,094 sq ft (20’ X 70’), with prices starting from RM450,000 onwards.
KITA Mekar forms part of the 633-acre township KITA @ Cybersouth located within the growing southern Klang Valley. Surrounded by greenery, the township will offer small parks as well as extensive facilities. Its facilities come with touches of traditional Malay culture where the elements of Anjung Kelarai and Teratak Songket were carved as part of the landscape design concept in keeping with the ‘Nostalgia Realm’. Since its launch in April last year, KITA @ Cybersouth township, a gated and guarded home sited on a Malay reserved land, proved to be a hit with a strong take-up rate for almost all units that were released from one phase to the other.
“LBS received strong take-up rates for its double-storey houses, townhouses and serviced apartments. Both KITA Bayu and KITA Impian phases were completely sold out. KITA Harmoni double-storey terrace houses recorded a take-up rate of 97%, while KITA Ria serviced apartment secured 85% sales. These showed that the right product with affordable pricing as well as good connectivity are important to gain market share,” said Lim.
