KUALA LUMPUR (Nov 4): Kumpulan Wang Persaraan (Diperbadankan) (KWAP) has trimmed its shareholdings in Dialog Group Bhd to 4.95% from 5.03% previously.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, the oil and gas (O&G) services provider said the pension fund group disposed of 4.1 million shares or 0.08% stake in the company on last Thursday (Oct 29).

According to an earlier filing, KWAP had disposed of 3 million and 4 million shares in Dialog in the open market on Oct 26 and Oct 27 respectively.

Dialog, however, did not disclose the price of the transactions.

Following the disposal, KWAP should still have 253.85 million shares or a 4.95% stake in Dialog and thus ceased to be a substantial shareholder in the group.

Dialog's shares inched up one sen or 0.61% to close at RM1.64, bringing its market capitalisation to RM8.35 billion.
