KUALA LUMPUR (Nov 15): Retirement Fund Inc (KWAP) is no longer a substantial shareholder of Inari Amertron Bhd, after divesting some 2.07 million shares or a 0.2% stake in the semiconductor firm last Tuesday.

According to Inari's filing to Bursa Malaysia today, KWAP and its fund manager disposed of the shares on the open market. The price transacted, however, was not disclosed.

It is estimated that KWAP still owns some 46.12 million shares or a 4.8% stake in Inari.

Inari closed unchanged at RM3.32 today, with a market capitalisation of RM3.19 billion. Year to date, its share price has declined by 9.4%.
