<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Raja Shahreen, 53, has been with KPS since March 31, 2015. He has served as CEO of MBI from Dec 1, 2014 until Nov 30, 2019.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>KPS shares closed half a sen or 0.77% higher at 65.5 sen, giving the group a market capitalisation of RM351.99 million.</p></div>
