KUALA LUMPUR (Nov 23): Knight Frank Malaysia and St George, a member of Berkeley Group in London, have launched Holland House and Holland Court in Fulham Reach, west London to the Malaysian market.

Knight Frank Malaysia international residential project marketing associate director Dominic Heaton-Watson said in a press release that Knight Frank Malaysia is delighted to introduce this development to Malaysian investors.

“Holland House and Holland Court display all the attributes we look for in a successful investment including community transformation, value-driven pricing, high quality specifications, abundant amenities, easy transport connectivity to business districts and education institutions, as well as proximity to a large pool of quality tenants,” he said.

Boasting bright and colourful interiors, entwined with a quintessentially English style, these new homes have a traditional and contemporary design and will comprise one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments with prices starting from £790,000 (RM4.3 million). Residents will have their own private balcony or outdoor terrace, both overlooking Fulham Reach’s landscaped gardens and elegant courtyards.

“Fulham Reach — a previously vacant site on the bank of River Thames — has been transformed into a thriving and mixed-use riverside development to live, work and visit. New residents will join this most sought-after London community, where wellbeing and open space is imperative and at the heart of our commitment to both residents of Fulham Reach, and the wider community,” said St George City managing director Marcus Blake.

Fulham Reach enjoys both riverside and parkside living, and offers unique spaces to explore by foot or by bike, making the development ideal to enjoy the best that life in London has to offer. Residents could also access The Tamesis Club, which is a private leisure and entertainment club whose hotel-style facilities comprise a virtual golf simulator, private screening room, snooker room, residents’ lounge and temperature-controlled wine cellar.

There is also a 15m swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and private treatment rooms. Additionally, there is the Fitness Space — a state-of-the-art gymnasium that offers customers personalised service.

Fulham Reach offers a wide variety of amenities such as the Fulham Reach Boat Club, and various popular restaurants and bars, including Brasserie Blanc, Blue Boar Restaurant & Bar, River Cafe, and the newly opened Sam’s Riverside.

Fulham Reach is a short walk from Hammersmith Station and is suited for convenient and accessible transport connections, benefitting from four tube lines to provide quick connections to Central London, the West End as well as direct access to Heathrow Airport. The development is also near to educational institutions such as the London School of Economics and Political Science and King’s College London.

“Momentum in the housing market continued to build in 3Q2020 previously referred to as the ‘lockdown lift-off’. These high levels of enquiries and exchanges, alongside positive sentiment will be key, as we approach the winter season. We forecast prices in Prime Central London and Prime Outer London to increase by 4% and 5% respectively in 2021 as the market strengthens,” said Heaton-Watson.

“The latest data from the Bank of England show mortgage approvals for house purchase increased from 88,500 in August to 91,500 in September, which is the highest figure in three years. This level of activity corresponds with the increase in the UK property sales seen in our Malaysia office attracting both new and repeat investors," he added.
