KUALA LUMPUR (Sept 19): KIDEX Sdn Bhd, the promoter of the controversial Kinrara-Damansara Expressway (KIDEX), is keen to receive “constructive opinions and suggestions” with regards to the expressway project.

“We are keen to address any questions or misinformation that members of the public may have,” said KIDEX’s chief operating officer Dr. Shahrizuan Shafiei in a statement today.

Shahrizuan said KIDEX is one of the integral infrastructure projects to alleviate traffic woes for the near and long-term future in the Klang Valley. He added this is within the ambit of the Economic Transformation Plan and the government’s plan for the Greater Klang Valley.

“Once operational, KIDEX will cater to the north-south catchment of the Klang Valley, which currently has limited connectivity, to accommodate the constantly growing traffic,” he said.
