KUALA LUMPUR (May 15): Kumpulan Europlus Bhd (KEuro) has extended its disposal of a 21.34% stake or 900 million shares in Talam Transform Bhd to Tan Sri Chan Ah Chye for RM99 milllion by another month, for the third time.

The deal is now extended to June 16, 2015, from May 16, 2015.

KEuro (fundamental: 1.65; valuation: 0.3) had entered into a conditional share sale agreement with Chan for the disposal of the stake on Oct 17, 2014, which was initially expected to be concluded by March 16, 2015, but extended twice to April 16 and then May 16.
 
KEuro shares closed 1 sen or 0.97% higher at RM1.04 today, bringing its market capitalisation to RM1.03 billion. Meanwhile, Talam's share price was unchanged at 7.5 sen today, with a market capitalisation of RM316.32 million.
