<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner>In a Bursa Malaysia filing this evening, K-Star Sports said its major shareholder, K-Star Sports International Ltd, has sent a notice for the nomination of Messrs Helmi Talib &amp; Co as the company's auditors in place of Messrs Chengco Singapore PAC.</div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner>The company has proposed for Messrs Helmi Talib &amp; Co to hold office until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting of the company, at a remuneration to be determined by the directors.</div><div class=inPageAd id=div-gpt-ad-inpage></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner>"The proposed change of auditors is subject to and conditional upon approval to be obtained from the shareholders at the extraordinary general meeting to be convened," it said.</div>
