<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>The shares were sold through several transactions, including via Insas’ wholly-owned unit Insas Technology Bhd, at prices ranging from RM1.68 to RM1.81 per share&nbsp;between June 30 and today, two separate filings showed.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Following the share disposal, Insas’ equity interest in Inari stands at 596.85 million shares or 18.37%. This has effectively slashed Thong’s indirect interest in Inari to 600.57 million shares or 18.48%.</p></div><div class=inPageAd id=div-gpt-ad-inpage></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Thong, who also serves as the non-executive director of Inari, owns a direct stake of 0.04% or 1.29 million shares in the company.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Inari’s share price closed unchanged at RM1.78 with 27.51 million units done. Its market capitalisation stood at RM5.78 billion.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Insas, meanwhile, rose 2.5 sen or 3.85% to 67.5 sen with 1.92 million shares changing hands. This valued the company at RM468.01 million.</p></div>
