PETALING JAYA (Nov 17): The first 308 units of IJM Land Bhd’s Robin in Bandar Rimbayu, Selangor have been fully taken up during its launch on Wednesday (Nov 17). 

Designed to exude a simple yet modern architecture, as well as open plan concepts that are minimalist and practical, homes at Robin will come in layouts of three- or four-bedroom and three-bathroom with built-ups of 1,535, 1,665 and 2,009 sq ft.

“The Type A and B units, which measure 18ft by 65ft with prices starting from RM648,800 and RM680,800 respectively, are suitable for young and first-time homebuyers. The units will offer buyers the flexibility to renovate or demarcate their living spaces in the future. It will also feature a 7ft wide back yard, high ceilings, a balcony in the master bedroom, as well as sliding doors to allow better lighting and ventilation,” the company said in a statement.

“The 28ft by 65ft Type C units (2,009 sq ft), on the other hand, are called garden homes and will cater for growing families and families with elderly. Priced from RM881,800, the units will come with a 7ft wide backyard, 8ft wide private garden and a bedroom on the ground floor that opens up to the garden. Further amplifying the aspects of green spaces in a balanced and fulfilling life, homebuyers can also utilise the extra space at the car porch area and convert it into a linear garden with trees, plants and shrubs."

IJM Land revealed that future residents of Robin will have easy access to the precinct’s 8.6-acre open space, which consists of recreational facilities such as a basketball and multipurpose court, parcourse, playground and kite flying sites.

Robin is a project under the Home Ownership Campaign, and purchasers can enjoy a minimum 10% discount on the purchasing price as well as stamp duty exemption for the memorandum of transfer and loan. They are also entitled to free legal fees for the sale and purchase agreement and loan.

With a gross development value (GDV) of RM11 billion, the 1,879-acre gated and guarded Bandar Rimbayu comprises residential, commercial, recreational and parkland components. The township offers an array of lifestyle conveniences, including popular, drive-thru restaurants like Starbucks, McDonald's and Kenny Rogers. The Quayside Mall, which opened at end-2020, offers conveniences such as Jaya Grocer, Mr DIY and Harvey Norman. 

It is easily accessible via the Shah Alam Expressway, Kemuning-Shah Alam Highway, North-South Expressway Central Link, South Klang Valley Expressway and West Coast Expressway, which is under construction and expected to be completed in 2024.
