KUALA LUMPUR (Apr 10): Shares of IJM Land Bhd will be removed from the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia on Wednesday (April 15).

The company suspended trading of its shares since March 17, following a privatisation exercise by its parent IJM Corp Bhd (fundamental: 1.1; valuation: 1.4) for RM1.98 billion.

IJM Land's (fundamental: 1.8; valuation: 1.8) stock fell 6.42% or 24 sen to RM3.50 before being suspended, giving it a market capitalisation of RM5.46 billion.

IJM Corp shares closed up 0.14% or 1 sen at RM7.16 today, with a market cap of RM12.74 billion.
