KUALA LUMPUR (July 2): iDimension Consolidated Bhd today saw its substantial shareholder Ng Min Lin dispose of his 2.18% stake in the manufacturing software provider.

The group’s filing with Bursa Malaysia today shows that Ng’s disposal of 10.778 million shares happened on June 25 (777,800 shares) and June 29 (10 million shares) respectively, though the transacted price was not disclosed.

Subsequent to the disposal, Ng owns an 11.54% stake or 57.11 million shares in iDimension, an MSC-status company that specialises in providing eFactory/eManufacturing software applications for industries such as semiconductor, electronics components and household appliances.

Ng was formerly an executive director at Key West Global Telecommunications Bhd, which was taken over by China-based edible oils company Testa Holdings Ltd and renamed XingHe Holdings Bhd.

iDimension traded unchanged today at 13.5 sen per share, with a market capitalisation of RM66.81 million.
