KUALA LUMPUR (Jan 11): Hubline Bhd's subsidiary Layang Layang Aerospace Sdn Bhd has secured a RM63.22 million contract from the Sarawak Health Department to provide aircraft and helicopters for the flying doctor service, medical evacuation service and other ancillary health services to the latter.

The contract is effective from Jan 1, 2021 to Dec 31, 2024.

"The contract is expected to contribute positively towards the earnings of the group for the financial year ending Sept 30, 2021, and the financial years thereafter until the expiry of the contract," Hubline said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia today.

The group is an investment holding company in two distinct business segments, namely dry bulk shipping logistics services, as well as general aviation services and flying academy.
