<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>In a filing today, the group said HWG Consortium Sdn Bhd’s appointment was made by Shanghai Liangrun Biomedicine Technology Co Ltd.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>“HWG Consortium has also submitted an application to the Ministry of Health, Malaysia for the certification of the diagnostic kit and is currently pending approval,” it said.</p></div><div class=inPageAd id=div-gpt-ad-inpage></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Additionally, HWG Consortium has also appointed PM Care Sdn Bhd as the non-exclusive sub-distributor of the diagnostic kit.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Shares in Ho Wah Genting fell 6 sen or 17.14% to 29 sen today, giving the group a market capitalisation of RM47.02 million.<br />
