<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>According to <em>Bloomberg</em>, Hektar REIT's largest shareholder is Singapore-listed Fraser Centrepoint Trust with 124.89 million shares or a 31.17% stake as at Dec 31, 2015.</p></div>
