KUALA LUMPUR (May 19): HeiTech Padu Bhd has clinched a RM18.2 million contract to set up and manage information systems of the Construction Industry Development Board Malaysia (CIDB).

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the group said it would carry out the review, engineering, design, building, integrating, data transfer, testing services and certification of the software, and system applications and maintenance of CIDB’s strategic management information systems.

HeiTech Padu said the contract will commence on May 25 and is scheduled to end on March 25 next year.

The group said the contract is expected to contribute positively to its future earnings.

HeiTech Padu shares closed unchanged at 58 sen today, for a market capitalisation of RM58.21 million.
