Grab, Uber ordered to stop Vietnam service expansion

Ho Chi Minh City (Oct 26): Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC) government instructs its transport dept to direct ride-hailing services Uber, Grab and transport firms to suspend additions of new automobiles of 9 seats or less, newspaper reports, citing info from local authorities.
