KUALA LUMPUR (Oct 1): Goh Ban Huat Bhd shares extended their loss on Wednesday after the company a day earlier had announced that its proposed acquisition of Dynac Sdn Bhd for RM632 million had been terminated.
At 9.16am, GBH fell 0.54% or one sen to 1.87 with 22,000 shares done.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia Tuesday, GBH said it had received a letter dated Sept 29 from Datuk Abdul Rahman Mohamed Shariff and Normala Mohd Sharif, who had expressed their intention to terminate the deal, by way of a reverse takeover of GBH, by mutual agreement.
