KUALA LUMPUR (April 11): G3 Global Bhd shares rose 8.33% this morning after it collaborated with China Harbour Engineering Company Ltd and SenseTime Group Ltd to set up the first artificial intelligence (AI) park in Malaysia, with a total investment of more than US$1 billion (RM4.11 billion) over the next five years.

At 9.08am, G3 Global rose 6.5 sen to 84.5 sen with 138,600 shares traded.

The park will serve as a stage for the development of AI solutions in computer vision, speech recognition, natural language and humanoid/robots.
