Journey to Africa with the Ultimate Chocolate Sablé, Asia with the Matcha Tea, Oceania with the Macadamia Ginger, Europe with the Almond Speculoos and the United States with the fabulous Pecan Chocolate Chip Sablé.

A sablé is a European shortbread cookie, and its name is the French word for “sands”, which accurately describes the cookie’s sandy texture made from granulated sugar, flour and butter. It’s crispy, tender and crumbly. 

Delicate in appearance but strong in flavour, the sablés biscuits strike the perfect balance between wonderfully sophisticated and wickedly indulgent. Featuring a smothering premium Belgian chocolate, the irresistible pieces have an indulgent, crunchy texture that will delight with every bite.

The Ultimate Chocolate Sablé is decadent and dark, a celebration of the beauty and intensity of Africa. This soft chocolate butter biscuit is filled with chocolate chips and dipped in luscious dark Belgian chocolate. The Pecan Chocolate Chip Sablé, on the other hand, is an ode to Americana — filled with rich caramelised pecan nuts and chunky chocolate chips dipped in Belgian milk chocolate. The Matcha Tea Sablé features delicate matcha green tea infusions to create the distinctive flavour of Asia. 

Embodying the sweet, familiar flavours of Europe, the Almost Speculoos Sablé is made from crushed almonds and aromatic cinnamon dipped in Belgian dark chocolate, creating a new take on a Belgian classic. Finally, the exciting combination of spicy ginger and crunchy macadamia nuts transport you to Oceania. A base of creamy Belgian milk chocolate softens the lively flavours while delivering a unique chocolate delight. 

Godiva’s travel-inspired sablés butter biscuits come in boxes adorned with balloons inspired by the legendary French adventure novelist, Jules Verne, embodying the brand’s unceasing exploration of adventures and innovations. Selected flavours are also available in individually wrapped biscuits, which make them easily portable.
