KUALA LUMPUR (Oct 5): Following her resignation as the chief executive officer (CEO) of Lembaga Tabung Angkatan Tentera (LTAT) on Sept 30, Nik Amlizan Mohamed is also giving up her directorship in Boustead Holdings Bhd.

She is resigning as Boustead's non-independent and non-executive director effective today to "pursue other interests", according to the group's filing with Bursa Malaysia.

Nik Amlizan took over the helm at LTAT in September 2018, replacing Tan Sri Lodin Wok Kamaruddin. Prior to her appointment at the Armed Forces Fund Board, she was Kumpulan Wang Persaraan (Diperbadankan)'s (KWAP) chief investment officer, serving at KWAP for 11 years.

Nik Amlizan was appointed director at Boustead on Nov 1, 2018.

Shares in Boustead finished 0.78% or 0.5 sen higher at 64.5 sen today, valuing the group at RM1.31 billion. The counter saw 2.51 million shares traded.
