<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>KUALA LUMPUR (April 15): Econpile Holdings Bhd has received a letter of award for a RM23 million contract to undertake foundation and basement works for an industrial building in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>In a Bursa Malaysia filing on Friday (April 15), the construction engineering company said its wholly-owned subsidiary Econpile (M) Sdn Bhd received the award for the project from CJ Energy Solutions Sdn Bhd.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>The job, to start on April 18 this year, is expected to take nine months to complete.</p></div><div class=inPageAd id=div-gpt-ad-inpage></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>“The project is expected to contribute positively to the revenue and earnings of the company from the financial year ending June 30, 2022 onwards,” it said.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Econpile shares closed unchanged at 30 sen on Friday, valuing the construction company at RM425.13 million.</p></div>
