<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Mangsor, 68, replaces Tan Sri Mohd Jamil Johari, 71, who has stepped down from the group's board of directors "in the interest of board rejuvenation", the property development and construction group said in a filing.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Mangsor started his career in the police force in 1973, ultimately retiring as Sabah deputy police commissioner in 2006.</p></div><div class=inPageAd id=div-gpt-ad-inpage></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>He is currently the deputy president of the Retired Senior Police Officers Association, while also being a member of the Malaysian Crime Prevention Foundation of Malaysia, the Security Services Association's discipline panel.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>He also sits on the board of directors of several private limited companies in Malaysia.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Shares in Dolomite Corp rose a sen or 9.1% to close at 12 sen today, giving a market capitalisation of RM34.19 million.</p></div>
