KUALA LUMPUR (July 19): D'nonce Technology Bhd announced today that its chief executive officer (CEO) Lim Teck Seng had resigned last Friday (July 12) due to personal commitments and that his last day of service with the hard disk drive contract manufacturer will be on Aug 11.

"Lim Teck Seng was removed as a director of the company on June 12, 2019 and he resigned as the CEO of the company on July 12, 2019. His last day of service as the CEO will be on Aug 11, 2019," Penang-based D'nonce said in filings with Bursa Malaysia today.

On Wednesday (July 17), D'nonce said the High Court here had on July 11 ruled that Lim's re-election as a director at the company's annual general meeting on June 17 this year was invalid.

At 3:25pm today, D'nonce shares were traded down three sen or 7.32% at 38 sen. The stock saw 989,900 shares transacted.
