<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>In a statement to Bursa Malaysia today, DiGi.Com said the payment for the one-time fee component totaling about RM598.55 million was made within the deadline set by the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) today.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>“The board of directors of Digi has decided to fund the one-time fee component mainly through its existing borrowing facilities and to maintain healthy net debt-to-EBITDA ratio below 1.0x,” it said.</p></div><div class=inPageAd id=div-gpt-ad-inpage></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>The borrowings are not expected to have any material impact on the group’s consolidated earnings, earning per share, as well as net assets.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>At 12.30 p.m., DiGi.Com’s shares traded 0.2% or 1 sen higher at RM5.04, for a market value of RM39.19 billion.</p></div>
