<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>"Dialog wishes to announce that the said incident has not impacted our people nor our operations, and has no financial impact on our business," it said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia today.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Petronas confirmed today that a fire and explosion occurred at 1.25am this morning at PIC. The national oil firm said the fire incident occurred at the atmospheric residue desulphurisation unit which is under commissioning stage.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Petronas said teams have been set up and they are currently working closely with relevant authorities to investigate the cause of the incident.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>No fatality was recorded and one security guard who sustained light injuries has already been discharged upon receiving medical consultation.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Shares of Dialog closed down 2 sen or 0.63% today to RM3.17 for a market capitalisation of RM17.87 billion.</p></div>
