<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>The blocks are located south of the Gulf of Thailand, off the coast of Thailand and Malaysia.</p></div><div class=inPageAd id=div-gpt-ad-inpage></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Dayang said the value of the contract is based on work orders issued by CPOC throughout the duration of the contract. It will include other work and services, which are generally related to the scope of work in the contract at fixed rates.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>In a bourse filing yesterday, Dayang said its wholly-owned subsidiary Dayang Enterprise Sdn Bhd (DESB) had been awarded the contract by CPOC.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>The duration of the contract is for three years from Jan 30, with a two-year extension option.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>“The contract is expected to contribute positively to earnings of DESB over the duration of the contract,” said Dayang.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Dayang shares closed four sen or 1.42% lower at RM2.77 yesterday, giving it a market capitalisation of RM2.94 billion.</p></div>
