KUALA LUMPUR (Jan 13): Dayang Enterprise Holdings Bhd, whose share price closed at an all-time high today, has bagged two contracts for the provision of integrated hook-up and commissioning from Petronas Carigali Sdn Bhd.
The contracts would be undertaken by the group’s unit Dayang Enterprise Sdn Bhd, the company said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia.
“The duration of the contracts are for a period of four years, effective from Jan 1, 2020 and shall expire on Dec 31, 2023,” Dayang said.
The counter closed 8.76% or 22 sen higher at RM2.73 today, valuing the group at RM3 billion. A total of 17.97 million shares were traded.
