KUALA LUMPUR (Jan 17): Dataprep Holdings Bhd has entered into a memorandum of collaboration with URC E-Commerce (M) Sdn Bhd to coordinate the provision of e-commerce services and solutions.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, Dataprep said the project covers training, consultancy and business services in areas where both companies can leverage and benefit from each other.

The memorandum is effective for three years.

"The memorandum of collaboration is not expected to have any effect on the share capital and shareholding structure of Dataprep. It is also not expected to have a material impact on the earnings and net assets of the company for the financial year ending March 31, 2018," it added.

Dataprep shares fell 1.5 sen or 4.92% to close at 29 sen today, for a market capitalisation of RM122.21 million.
