<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>High Court Judge Collin Lawrence Sequerah warned both the prosecution and defence to not postpone the hearing of the 1MDB case again.</p></div><div class=inPageAd id=div-gpt-ad-inpage></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>This is the second time Justice Sequerah vacated the fixed hearing date to make way for the hearing of Najib’s ongoing SRC International Sdn Bhd case.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Justice Sequerah said the 1MDB case hearing will go on from Aug 19 to Aug 29, the whole of September and October, and the first two weeks of November. The hearings over this period will take place on all weekdays except Friday.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Meanwhile, as the defence lead counsel Tan Sri Muhammad Shafee Abdullah has to attend the hearing for the Samira Muzaffar case (Cradle Fund CEO murder) at the Shah Alam High Court in September, Justice Sequerah suggested that Shafee write an application to postpone the case.</p></div>
