KUALA LUMPUR (March 8): ConnectCounty Holdings Bhd announced changes to the board today, with three resignations and two new appointments.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, the interconnect and cable solutions provider said its non-executive chairman Tan Sri Ahmad Fuzi Abdul Razak has resigned to pursue his personal interest.

Ahmad Fuzi, 70, had assumed the post on July 7, 2017. He was previously the secretary-general of the ministry of foreign affairs.

ConnectCounty said two non-executive directors – Chang Choon Ming and Tan Sze Chong – had also resigned. Chang, 41, and Tan, 50, joined ConnectCounty's board of directors on Oct 21, 2016 and Nov 1, 2018 respectively.

Meanwhile, Wong Pooi Fatt, 43, and his wife Lee Su Lin, 40, have been appointed as executive directors of the group.

Shares of ConnectCounty closed unchanged at 10.5 sen today, with  10,000 shares done, bringing a market capitalisation of RM34.58 million.
