SINGAPORE (April 19): ComfortDelGro (CDG) is acquiring the business and assets of a London-based taxi circuit operator, Dial-a-Cab, for £1.2 million (S$2.2 million) via its wholly-owned subsidiary in the UK, CityFleet Networks.

With the latest acquisition, CDG has become the largest taxi circuit operator in London with a total fleet of 3,000.
