THE residences at the Trump International Hotel Las Vegas, a world-class luxury hotel condominium, announced the milestone sale of two studio units to a local buyer at US$700 psf, one of the highest-priced per square foot sales in the city last October.

“The strong sales momentum and high price points are a testament to buyers’ trust in the Trump brand and the building’s superior architecture, interiors, amenities and services,” says Eric Trump, executive vice-president of development and acquisitions for the Trump Organisation.

The sales of the condominium have grown exponentially with a five-fold increase in closings over the last two years. A continued demand from international and repeat buyers fuel sales rebound. Over 50% of the sales in the last six months originated from markets such as Australia, Europe, China, Canada, Hong Kong and Singapore. Early this year, Trump Las Vegas opened a new sales centre to focus on the penthouses that crown the tower’s upper floors.

“We are incredibly pleased to see how well local and overseas buyers have embraced Trump Las Vegas. It really is unquestionably one of the greatest and most exciting condominium developments in all of Las Vegas,” says Trump, who is the third child of Donald and his ex-wife Ivana.

Each of the residential studio units boasts a magnificent view of the Las Vegas Strip, from floor-to-ceiling windows, as well as a living space, custom cabinetry, kitchenette, spacious marble bath and the lifestyle benefits that come with owning a unit at Trump Las Vegas. The condominium comprises 1,232 studio and one-bedroom suites and 50 one, two and three-bedroom penthouses, with floor areas ranging from 526 sq ft to 3,080 sq ft. The units are priced from US$250,000 (RM837,077) to US$3.75 million.

The 64-storey Trump Las Vegas is encased in 24-carat gold-plated glass and stands at over 600 feet above the iconic Strip. It is located at 2000 Fashion Show Drive and is steps away from some of the famed shopping, gaming and entertainment venues that make Las Vegas the nightlife capital of the world.

The non-gaming and non-smoking resort offers five-star services and amenities, such as the award-winning Spa at Trump, DJT Restaurant, H2(EAU) poolside café, an expansive pool deck with private cabanas, 24-hour doorman, a full-service business centre, signature Trump Kids and Trump Pets programmes, and a dedicated owner representative, part of the signature Attaché programme under the Trump Hotel Collection. The Attaché programme offers services such as setting up pre-arrival and departure transportation, dining suggestions and reservations, sightseeing suggestions and reservations, grocery stocking, pet-walking services, nanny services, personal shopping, personal training and exercise machine rental in room, use of house cars, floral arrangement requests and messenger services.

The Trump Hotel Collection offers luxury hospitality with a level of customised service. The collection is presided over by Donald Trump and his children, Donald Jr, Ivanka and Eric, and its portfolio includes the Trump hotels in locations such as New York, Chicago, Honolulu, Panama, Toronto and Miami. The Trump International Hotel in Washington DC is slated to open in late 2015 followed by the Trump International Hotel & Tower in Vancouver in 2016.
