KUALA LUMPUR (Nov 27): Team Keris Bhd is well established in Perak with several integrated developments under its belt such as Spanish Gardens by the Water and Sierra Beringin. This year, the group has unveiled Palazzo in Ipoh Garden East, which comprises 294 serviced apartments with a gross development value (GDV) of RM110 million.

Group executive chairman Datuk Lee Seng Hee and deputy chairman Datin Irene Lee share details of the project. Irene says, "Palazzo is a low-density development, with only eight units per floor. In essence, we believe we are offering units that are value-for-money."

Seng Hee says, "We have been focusing on pricing [our products] at between RM300,000 and RM500,000 [a unit], while figuring out ways to maintain quality and distinctive designs."

He adds that the group's future plans include bite-sized projects with a combined GDV of RM7 billion in Perak and a 5.31-acre (2.15-hectare) parcel in the Klang Valley. Read more about their plans and vision in The Edge Malaysia weekly’s Nov 28 edition.
